Each theme purchase includes a license for use on a single Shopify store. If you have multiple stores, you’ll need a separate license for each one. We’re happy to offer free support for all licensed themes, but please note that custom code modifications aren’t covered. For any customizations, feel free to reach out to us directly!

We provide free support to all Shopify merchants who have purchased our themes through the Shopify Theme Store or directly from Wonder Theme. You can also update your theme to the latest version anytime at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer support or updates for themes purchased from other sources. If needed, we may ask for proof of purchase to confirm your eligibility.
We strive to make your experience a positive one, but we reserve the right to deny support if necessary. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our team will result in an immediate suspension of support services.
Theme updates often come with design changes and improvements in performance, functionality, and stability. While updates are optional, they help keep your store running smoothly. Please note, we’re unable to assist in making your updated theme look exactly like a previous version if design changes were made.
